Micro-stress Technology
New technology which has been developed and patented over the last few years by our partner LOSANG.
In the coming weeks, we want to start showcasing the benefits of this new technology, called Micro-stress with various examples.
GEOCAD and SIRMATEK will be responsible for distributing it in Europe starting in 2025

- High-gloss appearance w/o painting (even molding with diverse additive: glass-fiber, aluminum powder, pearl powder, fire retardant,etc.).
- Textured appearance w/o painting (even molding with diverse additive: glass-fiber, aluminum powder, pearl powder, fire retardant,etc.).
- Weight reduction:Chemical foaming molding w/o painting (even applying to 2k mold).
- Thin wall or partial super thin wall molding (minimum 0.5mm).
