Grupo Geocad has carried out the manufacturing of a Fender Liner (2+2) mold for the Opel Corsa Project. This mold is large in size , featuring complex mechanics and kinematics. It stands out for its special inclined injection system, which allows for greater precision in the process. The mold has 4 different cavities, making it highly versatile for use in an injection machine of over 2300 tons. The quality and attention to detail in the manufacturing of this mold ensure excellent results in the production of Fender Liners for the Opel Corsa.
