Automatic Cutting System
GEOCAD is excited to announce the implementation of the very first automatic cutting device, in cooperation with our Italian partners Ermanno Balzi.
This recent technology enables a clean and automatic cut of the cold runner, without increasing the cycle time and saving a huge extra step along the tool life.
The system is certified on the most common material grades and from our Gate Cutting Machine (Hydraulic Unit), with very intuitive interface we can easily control and adjust the needs for each tool.
